Terms & Conditions of “AEON Card – Watami Japanese Dining / KYO WATAMI / PASTAHOLIC Dining Offer” (The “Offer(s)”):
1. The Offers are valid from 23 September 2024 – 22 December 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. AEON Cards include the credit cards and co-brand credit cards issued by AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. (“AEON”) (“AEON Cards”).
3. The Offers are applicable to all outlets of Watami Japanese Dining / KYO WATAMI / PASTAHOLIC in Hong Kong.
4. During the Promotion Period, cardholders of AEON Cards (unless otherwise specified) are entitled to enjoy the following privileges:
Privilege 1:
Upon net spending of specific amount (before service charge, as specified in Clause 6 below) for dine-in at Watami Japanese Dining / KYO WATAMI / PASTAHOLIC, cardholders of AEON Cards can enjoy the following instant discount:
- Upon net spending of: HK$350; Enjoy instant discount: HK$25
- Upon net spending of: HK$500; Enjoy instant discount: HK$50
Privilege 2:
Upon net spending of specific amount (before service charge as specified in Clause 6 below) for dine-in at Watami Japanese Dining / KYO WATAMI / PASTAHOLIC, cardholders of AEON Cards can get a discount coupon for next dine-in spending:
- Upon net spending of: HK$100; Get: 12% off Dining Discount Coupon
Privilege 3:
- Upon registering as WATAMI App Members for free, cardholders of WATAMI Visa Card can get cash coupons of total value up to HK$500 (“WATAMI App Member Coupons”).
5. Privilege 1 and 2 are only applicable from Mondays to Fridays (except Public Holidays) after 5:00p.m, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays after 11:30 a.m. Please specify the use of the privileges when placing order. The privileges are not applicable for breakfast, lunch set, tea set and student set.
6. The eligible spending amount is the net amount spent before service charge and must settle the full payment with AEON Card.
7. Under the Offers, the Privileges 1, 2 and 3 can be obtained at most only once at the same time per table. Only 1 privilege can be used per table. For billing, count of person for a table is based on the declared patronage number during seating registration. Split of bill will not be accepted.
8. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers (except 5% exclusive discount from WATAMI Visa Card) and cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers.
9. 12% off Dining Discount Coupon and WATAMI App Member Coupons are available while stocks last. Individual terms and conditions apply to the 12% off Discount Coupon and WATAMI App Member Coupons, please refer to the contents of the coupons for more details.
10. AEON and Hong Kong Watami Group reserve the right to alter or terminate the Offers and amend the terms and conditions at any time. AEON will not notify Cardholders separately of any such change. In case of any disputes, the decision of AEON and Hong Kong Watami Group shall be final and conclusive.
11. AEON shall have no liability for the products and services.
12. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
