1. The promotional period is from 21 October to 31 December 2024, while the blackout dates are 21,24 – 26 & 31 December (the “Promotional Period”).
2. The offer is applicable to any Mastercard cardholders who fulfill either of the following requirements (“Eligible Customers”):
(a) have conducted the transactions with Eligible Mastercard cards with an accumulative amount of HK$1,000 or above at any physical stores in Hong Kong during the Promotion Period and present the eligible physical receipts before check-out ; OR
(b) hold any boarding pass or transit proof inbound to Hong Kong including but not limited to flight, high-speed railway, cross-boundary coaches, ferries etc during the Promotion Period and present the eligible physical tickets before check-out.
3. During the Promotional Period, for Eligible Customers who present the related sales slips or transit proof as described in Clause 2 and pay through with Eligible Mastercard cards, can enjoy the below dining offers:

4. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discount and cash coupons (Excluding LUBUDS Cash Vouchers).
5. The use of any Eligible Mastercard cards is subject to relevant cardholder terms and conditions of all other applicable prevailing promotions offered by Mastercard Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited (“Mastercard”).
6. Mastercard and Merchant reserve the right to amend, suspend, cancel or terminate the whole or any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and shall not bear any responsibility arising out of or in connection with such amendment, suspension, cancellation or termination.
7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
8. In case of disputes arising out of this Promotion, the decision of LUBUDS Group, Mastercard and the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
9. In case of any inconsistency or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
