General Terms & Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from January 1 to December 31, 2024 (both dates inclusive).

Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and other Citi entities ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards") ("Cardholders"). The merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the respective merchant for details.
3. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
4. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
5. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

Offer Terms & Conditions:
1. The Offer is valid in NARS stores in Hong Kong from October 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Offer is available to Basic and Supplementary American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express. (“Eligible American Express Card”, such Cardmembers, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period.
3. Purchase must be charged in full with an Eligible American Express Card within the Promotion Period to participate in this Promotion.
4. Each Eligible Cardmember is entitled to enjoy the Offers once.
5. Offers are available while stocks last. In case of the listing complimentary gift is out of stock, the gift will be replaced with another item without prior notice at Nars discretion (Eligible Cardmember shall not dispute the choice of replaced item). One complimentary gift per customer only.
6. Eligible Cardmember who is participating this program agrees that any products acquired from this program shall be non-resalable to other 3rd parties, and Shiseido Hong Kong Limited (“NARS”) reserves all rights for this breach.
7. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules.
8. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
9. NARS is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations, advice and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of the products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
10. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. American Express and NARS reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
12. In case of dispute, the decision of American Express and NARS reserve the right of final decision.
13. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.
