1. Eligible Customer is entitled to 0% Taobao Handling Fee Offer (“Taobao Handling Fee Waiver Offer”) using “BOC Taobao World Mastercard” (only applicable to Main card) for purchase at Taobao through the following means (“Currency Setting” must be set to “HKD”) during the Promotion Period:
(i) Pay with “BOC Taobao World Mastercard” or use “BOC Taobao World Mastercard” to make payment via AlipayHK App on “Taobao Mobile” App
(ii) Pay with “BOC Taobao World Mastercard” via AlipayHK App on Taobao (world.taobao.com)
2. There is no limitation on the number of Taobao Handling Fee Waiver Offer to be enjoyed by Eligible Customers during the Promotion Period.
3. For payment made via AlipayHK App, the net payment amount will be determined based on the actual exchange rate in the AlipayHK system at the time of the transaction. The exchange rate conversion tool in AlipayHK App is for reference only.
4. Taobao Handling Fee Waiver Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for other products, returned or transferred.
5. Should Customers commit any abuse or fraudulent act, the Company reserves the rights to cancel the eligibility of the respective cardholder for the Taobao Handling Fee Waiver Offer and debit the account with a sum equivalent to the monetary value of the waiver without prior notice. The Company also reserves its right to cancel the respective credit card account and/or take such legal actions as may be necessary.

7. The applicability of Taobao Handling Fee Waiver Offer is identified by Taobao platform. Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for any losses, liabilities and compensations caused to Customers arising from the inability of such identification by Taobao platform, or in connection with any operational failure, error, omission or system failure.
8. For the avoidance of doubt, Taobao Handling Fee Waiver Offer is not applicable to Taobao orders under the following conditions: including but not limited to the orders made from non-Mobile App payments, orders for the Xianyu platform, orders for non-physical goods (including but not limited to virtual currency, call charge cards and other orders that do not require logistics distribution), or other categories that are not supported according to Taobao platform regulations.
9. Respective merchants on Taobao platform are responsible for the liability for the sale of products, aftersale service and all related matters. The Company and Taobao are not involved in the sales process and accept no liability for any matters relating to the product quality, product delivery and goods return arrangement.
General Terms and Conditions:
1. Promotion period is valid from now until 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive and based on transaction date) (“Promotion Period”).
2. Promotion is only applicable to “BOC Taobao World Mastercard” issued in Hong Kong. To be eligible for the offers, Customer (“Eligible Customer”) must settle full payment with “BOC Taobao World Mastercard”.
3. To be eligible for the offer, Credit card accounts of eligible customer must be normal, valid and in good standing during the Promotion Period.
4. Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (“BOCHK”) and BOC Credit Card (International) Co., Ltd. ("The Company") reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate this promotion or amend the offer terms and conditions at its sole discretion. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Company.
5. No person other than the Cardholder and the Company will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
6. If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
2024 Year Round Offer General Terms & Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, all offers are applicable to:
i. BOC Credit Card, BOC Dual Currency Credit Card (including Co-branded Card, but not applicable to Private Label Card, Purchasing Card, USD credit card and Intown Card) bearing the BOCHK logo; BOC Debit Card bearing the BOCHK logo; and BOC ATM Card bearing the BOCHK logo and UnionPay logo issued by Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (“BOCHK”) (the “Eligible Credit Card and/or BOC ATM Card”), and/or
ii. Mobile payment, which refers to contactless payment made with Eligible Credit Card, Debit Card and/or BOC ATM Card that provisioned on a designated mobile phone or device (includes Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Huawei Pay) (“Mobile Payment”). iii. BoC Pay, which refers to QR Code payments made with the BoC Pay mobile app. Customers must successfully bind the BoC Pay mobile app with eligible BOC Dual Currency Credit Card and/or Smart Account and/or register the Payment Account (“BoC Pay”).
2. To enjoy the offers, customers must settle payments, and/or settle payments via mobile payment, with the “Eligible Credit Card, Debit Card and/or BOC ATM Card”, and/or settle payments via BoC Pay.
3. Unless otherwise specified, all offers are valid until 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive, based on transaction date).
4. Unless otherwise specified, offers are available on site only.
5. Unless otherwise specified, BOC ATM Card only applies to specific Merchants. For details, please check with Merchants.

General Terms & Conditions of Mobile Payment and BoC Pay:
1. To enjoy the relevant offer, cardholder needs to present the relevant mobile application with the added “Eligible Credit Card, Debit Card and/or BOC ATM Card (if applicable)” and/or Smart Account and/or Payment Account to the cashier before payment and settle the payment successfully.
2. Offers are available at all branches of participating merchants in Hong Kong, but not applicable to online transactions (Unless otherwise specified).

Terms and Conditions of “Taobao Promotion”
1. “Taobao Promotion” (the “Promotion”) consists of “HK$0 Delivery Fee to Hong Kong”, “0% Handling Fee”, “0% Handling Fee Waiver for 3-month Instalment Plan”, “BOC Exclusive Promo Code”, and “¥50 Cross-store Discount” (the “Offers”). (the “Offers”).

(a) Eligible Customer can enjoy 0% handling fee on instalment plan while spending and applying for a 3-month instalment plan with Eligible Credit Card via AlipayHK App at the merchant during promotion period.
(b) Each Eligible Customer can enjoy Offer 3 once during the Promotion Period (regardless of whether the transaction is refunded or not).
(c) Total quota is 30,000. Quotas are on a first-come-first-served basis in accordance with the records of the AlipayHK App.
(d) The applicability of Offer 3 is identified by the AlipayHK. BOC Exclusive Promo Code (the “Offer 4”)
(a) Promotion Period for Offer 4 is divided to two sections, first section is 21 October at 20:00 HKT until 24 October 2024 at 23:59 HKT; second section is 31 October at 20:00 HKT until 11 November 2024 at 23:59 HKT.

9. If there is any breach of these terms and conditions or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behaviour during the use of any offers, AlipayHK and the Company will forfeit such user’s eligibility and the entitlement of Offers forthwith and without notice. AlipayHK and the Company reserve the right to cancel such transaction and to take legal action against the relevant user.
19. AlipayHK and the Company will carry out this Promotion in accordance with applicable laws in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
