I. Redemption Journey
1. To participate in this promotion, Users must already have or must create an account on Airalo.
2. Each unique Airalo account may only redeem the Promotion once with any one eligible Mastercard World/Platinum/Titanium.
3. Users should login to the Airalo account and navigate to the ‘Saved Cards’ section on their profile. (https://www.airalo.com/profile/credit-cards).
4. Users must add a new eligible Mastercard World/Platinum/Titanium to their account. If Users already have an eligible Mastercard World/Platinum/Titanium added to their account, they must remove this card and add it again to be able to successfully redeem the promotion.
5. Once an eligible World Mastercard has been added to the user’s Airalo account, a free Trial 300MB / 3 Days Discover-Global eSIM will be added to their Airalo account, and the Users will be notified of the same.
6. Once an eligible Mastercard Platinum/Titanium has been added to the Users’ Airalo account, a free Trial 200MB / 3 Days Discover eSIM will be added to their Airalo account, and the Users will be notified of the same.
7. After expiry of the free Trial eSIM, Users may either purchase a top-up package for their Trial eSIM to continue to stay connected or purchase another eSIM of their choice.
8. The promotion is only applicable on the Airalo website and apps.
9. For an optimal experience with the promotion, it is recommended that the Users update their mobile app to the latest version on the Google Play / App Store.

II. Cancellations / Refunds
1. Airalo reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of this promotion for any of the following reasons:
2. Promotion was not used within the stated period.
3. Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity.
4. Promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same User or group of Users.
5. Promotion used in bad faith (including resold eSIMs or use of Promotion by Users for re-selling).

III. Standard Terms and Conditions
1. By entering this Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions or cancel any Promotions at any time and without prior notice.
3. No Users shall have the right to contest any decision by the Promoter concerning any aspect of the Promotion or the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions or the determination as to the eligibility of the Promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

a. To be eligible for this promotion, the user must create or already have an account on Airalo. Entries can be disqualified at the discretion of the Merchant if they have already redeemed the code and benefited from this promotion.
2. Promotion Procedures
a. The customer has to enter the discount code at checkout. A discount of 15% will be applied on any eSIM purchase. The maximum discount value is $100.
b. The promotion cannot be combined or used alongside any other promotion.
c. The discount can only be used when paying for the purchase through a Mastercard card. This promotion is not valid for payments made through any other payment methods.
d. The discount can be used via the Airalo app and www.airalo.com website.
3. Validity/Duration/Extensions
a. The promotion is valid from 2023-05-01 until 2025-04-30.

a. Airalo reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of this promotion for any of the following reasons:
i. Discount code was not used within the stated period or the maximum number of redemptions has been reached.
ii. Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity.
iii. Promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers.
iv. Discount used in bad faith (including resold eSIMs or use of discount by customers purchasing products for re-selling).
