The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong Year Round Dining Offers – Terms & Conditions:
1. Offers are valid from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024 at ("Offer Period").
2. During the Offer Period, Eligible Cardmembers must settle the full payment with The Platinum Card® issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Card") to enjoy the Offers. Offers are applicable to Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers of the Eligible Cards (“Eligible Cardmembers”).
3. Participating Restaurants (“Participating Restaurants”) and Offers (“Offers") of The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong:
- Tosca di Angelo: Offer 1: 10% savings on food and beverages for dine-in lunch (not applicable to the special promotion menu)
- Tin Lung Heen: Offer 2: 10% savings on the à la carte food and beverage menu for dine-in dinner
- Ozone: Offer 3: 10% savings on food and beverages for all day dine-in
- Cafe 103:Offer 3: 10% savings on food and beverages for all day dine-in

4. Blackout dates: January 1, February 9-14, March 29-31, April 1-4, May 1, 12, 15, June 10-16, July 1, September 17-18, October 1,11, December 21, 24-26 & 31, 2024.
5. Offers are applicable to a maximum of 4 diners per table, inclusive of the Eligible Cardmember.
6. Offers are valid for dine-in only and not applicable to take-away items.
7. Eligible Cardmembers must state their intention to enjoy the Offers at the time of reservation and before ordering.
8. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, redeemed for cash, and sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
9. The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations, and advice offered to Eligible Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
10. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
